The business coalition assists in facilitating information sharing, permitting economies of scale in the development of workplace HIV/AIDS products and services. Business coalitions against HIV/AIDS serve as focal points for engaging with other stakeholders. Gaps existing in the provision of HIV/AIDS services to businesses can be assessed once there exist a business coalition. The importance of a board to a business coalition is stipulated and also it should consist of people living with HIV/AIDS and it should work with the National HIV/AIDS strategy and framework. HIV Business coalition will need to work closely with labor offices in trainings on HIV/AIDS and implementation of HIV/AIDS programmes. | ||
