A collection of four readings from four different authors on the challenges disabled persons encounter with regards to their identity, sexuality and relationships. The first reading on race and disability discusses the various forms of discrimination that disabled people face which are made worse depending on their race. The second is a narration by the author on how she was discriminated against for having gotten pregnant despite her physical disabilities. A paper on sexuality and disability is presented as the third reading, it focuses on sexual behaviour of the disabled and how there are no differences from those of able bodied people. The identity crises that the disabled face as they grow older are discussed in the fourth reading. Each reading provides background information before presenting the discussions from which conclusions are drawn.
