Worldwide street children are Highly Vulnerable to illness, disease and injury but tend to under-utilize health services. It is therefore critical to understand the coping strategies street children use when ill and the barriers they face in accessing health services. This study examined the health seeking behaviors of street children in three municipal district of Dar es salaam, Tanzania. The research was carried out in October 2005 and qualitative methodologies were used for data collection.
