Presents guidelines for health and outreach workers in Canada who are concerned with health care delivery with regards to HIV/AIDS. Using stories, it illustrates the challenges experienced by health workers in educating communities and in the provision of health care. It presents a unique approach of addressing HIV/AIDS related issues that it suggests answers the diverse questions often asked by communities. The steps involved in the implementation process are discussed highlighting the strategies to be applied.
