Presents readings and an anthology that depict the communication and transportation barriers that disabled people encounter in their daily environments. Discussions on the environmental and social barriers that limit their free access to amenities are presented in the first reading. One example used is access to public transport where most buses do not have the facilities to enable wheelchair using passengers to board. Language and hearing impairment is discussed in the second reading which suggests that sign language should be learnt by all to enable communication with the deaf and dumb. The anthologies presented include poems, prose writings and illustrations by disabled people whose aim is to depict simple daily scenarios from their perspective.
