A hundred exercises are presented to illustrate the the drugs that are most often used and abused harming the body's immune system. Tips on how to detect drug abuse are provided along with descriptions of common tendencies of drug users and abusers. For the youth to indulge in drug abuse they tend to engage in activities that will finance the habit which are often illegal. Tips are provided on how to counsel the youth inorder to rehabilitate them rather than scare them.
