<br/><br/> These guidelines are based on a report on the safe disposal of unwanted and unusable drugs in Mostar. Some reports indicate that a great percentage of supplies given as donations are unusable forcing recipient countries to keep them despite the lack in storage and the confusion in pharmaceutical management systems. The guidelines address ways of preventing waste from pharmaceutical, disposal methods, sorting categories, and recommended disposal methods by sorting category.
