Towards national capacity building in Africa: the programmes in Kenya and Uganda

This report presents the findings of a study that was carried out in Kenya and Uganda to examine and evaluate projects that were implemented in these countries by the United Nations Children's Fund and the Finnish International Development Agency for national capacity building for child survival and development. The activities and achievements of the projects are presented, including the problems that required solutions and suggestions on improvements that can be made.
