Provides information on the use of intrauterine devices (IUDs), which is a contraceptive method in Ghana based on a study that was done with the intention to update Ghana Health Services on the future outlook on contraception use. Quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection were used. The results indicated that use of IUD in Ghana for family planning had declined. Contains suggestions on how to market the product so as to promote its use.
