The DJCC 2002 Was held at the impala Hotel in Arusha, tanzania from 22-26 july 2002. The DJDC is the highest technical arm of the ECSA health community that is tasked with some very important functions. It reviews key strategic and technical matters in relation to policy, programming, research and training within the region and also monitors the implementation of various programme undertaken by the secretariat and reports to the conference of Health ministers via the advisory committee.
