Inquirers into the delivery of health care services in 2007 giving a highlight of the survey methodology used, the institutional framework and objectives of the ESPR, the content of the EPSR 2007, the methods of data collection utilized tools of data collection e.t.c. Looks into a sample of health facilities available. Takes us through a detailed presentation of the health system of Rwanda, giving information on the general organization of the health system, the development of the modern system of health care, the presentation of the sectors responsible for the delivery of health services and some of the health institutions Chartered by the Government. Looks into the issues of traditional medicine and Community Health as well as the geographical distribution of populations served by health facilities. Gives a highlight of the resources and infrastructure systems at the establishment describing some of the basic infrastructure and resources contributing to the utilization of services, the facility infrastructure that encourages the use of services and ensures that quality of services is maintained. Looks into the issue of health services for children highlighting various issues such as the availability of health services for children, the components of the health system needed to provide immunization services to children, the evaluations examinations and treatment of children classes according to the main diagnosis or symptom and the availability of equipment and supplies for immunization services. Gives a detailed view of family planning services in Rwanda, addresses their availability, the components of support for family planning services quality, and the available infrastructure and resources for providing quality family planning services
