Summarizes the guidelines to managing Tuberculosis in HIV infected people. The recommendations targets health care workers providing HIV care they are also intended for governments, nongovernmental organizations, donors and patients support groups that address HIV and TB as a main HIV coinfection. The guidelines strongly recommend that all people living with HIV should receive regular TB screening. The regimen combination and duration for different groups are stated including pregnant women, children living with HIV, patients previously treated for TB and those of special population.
