Presents the findings of a study of cost effective ways of implementing reproductive tract infection management programmes that would reduce and prevent the spread of the infections and eventually HIV. The study included refresher courses for staff to update their knowledge on RTI management, clinical evaluation, HIV counselling and development of strategies to supply RTI drugs. The findings are discussed in the report in detail and from these conclusions are drawn for which recommendations are suggested.
