This is a report of a technical meeting co-sponsored by the USAID Office of HIV/AIDS, the Institute for Youth Development, and Youth Net/Family to examines the contextual factors including the extend to which AIDS affects young people and the major influences on youth behaviors with particular attention to cultural factors and issues of behavior change in the general youth populations as well as a discussion on reaching high-risk youth in HIV/AIDS prevention campaign.
