Provide standardized mentorship implementation framework for all service providers and partners in their various activities, to ensure quality HIV service delivery, support health service providers and all stakeholders in Kenya and contribute to the reference materials within the region. Focuses on how mentorship support to the decentralization policy will help shift certain tasks from more specialized to less specialized health care workers to ensure consistent translation of classroom training into simple practical approaches that will benefit the largest number of people.
