Presents the findings of a household budget survey undertaken in urban areas if Kenya during the period 1993/94 covering 4800 households in 57 urban centers. The main objective of the study was to update components if the Consumer Price Indices, provide data on final household consumption required to compile National Accounts aggregates for the household sector, and provide living condition profiles.
