This internal assessment was carried out to determine whether the International Health Policy Program (IHPP) has achieved its objectives. The objectives of IHPP are building institutional and individual capacity for health policy research in developing countries and assisting developing country policymakers find ways to use resources more effectively to improve the health of disadvantaged populations. Describes the experiences of IHPP and recognises the contributions of IHPP such as the contributions to the development of international health policy research as a field of endeavor.
