This is a fictitious story about a fisherman in Tanzania who dies of AIDS after living a typical fisherman's life. Reveals the methods used to develop the story, how it is to be used, and the effect of its use. Presents ways of modifying the method so as to suit other geographical situations or other vulnerable groups apart from fishermen. These groups could be miners, people in the army camps, in prisons and in situations where strong sub-cultural influences are promoting unsafe sex.
