Defines abuse as the assaults that happens within the home. Emphasis is upon more avert and voilent forms of abuse, such as physical and sexual and mostly male on female-abuse. Covers data collected over the period of 2000-2001 to determine the nature and types of domestic abuse people suffered. Survey participants were co-opted and mobilized by the national council of women in Kenya.
