Presents information on new developments that have taken place in mathematical economics, economic theory, econometrics, operations research and mathematical systems. Distribution logistics makes up a major part of supply chain management and is concerned with flow of goods and information between the production sites and the customers. Includes papers on a recent branch of logistics, which is known as reverse logistics. Papers presented are arranged in four chapters; the first three are on the traditional subjects, which are design of distribution systems, tactical and operational vehicle routing and warehousing operations. The last chapter focuses on reverse logistics.
