500 ## - GENERAL NOTE
General note Many children die each year from dehydration, yet a cheap solution from easily available ingredients can be given to these children to save lives. This is a big problem in many developing countries where it is a persistent problem, as the water used is often contaminated with infectious germs causing diarrhea, thus leading to dehydration. Some mothers are misled to think that anti- diahorrea mixtures are a solution but this only worsens the situation as the child loses more body fluids. There is an average of 40 cases a week. Therefore a great need to eradicate this problem.
